The AGI-DIP washers represent the most effective solution to all cleaning problems when a dipping process is required . Manufactured both with and without heating can be used for mny applications in the mechanical industry as degreasing, decarbonizing, paint stripping, dereusting , passivation, phosphating, protection etc. A wide range of models and configurations meet all the requirements.

The operating principale is based on a tank with the liquid and a pneumatic system which lifts and lowers the load platform, and also produces the vertical agitation into the liquid.

The AGI-DIP washers can be configured for the use of water based cleaning liquids or with non-halogenated hydrocarbons when properly equipped with safety devices to be classified as “type 1” ( machines not generating flammable vapours).

The heated models are insulated and equipped with thermostat, refilling and overweir for floating oils. They can also equip the AGI-DIP washers with ultrasonic energy combined with the agitation for maximum of efficiency.
