The MOBIL-JET washers are designed for the spray cleaning of medium and large sized heavy components avoiding all the drawbacks which arise from the use of a rotating platform for heavy parts. In addition they give faster and more efficient cleaning plus a fully usable and accessible platform. The operating principle is based on four spray bars which move through 90 with a reciprocating movement around the work platform which remains stationary . A lower spray-bar with a counterbalanced swiveling movement ensure a perfect cleaning of the underside of the components in contact with the platform. The system is operated by a pneumatic cylinder and the wash cycle is automatic. All the vapors are exhausted from the spray chamber at the end of the cycle before the door is open. The front door can be of tipping type acting as load platform when open, or vertical with floor mounted platform. The vertical type is operated by two pneumatic cylinders with two-hands control and ssafety devices to stop it in any event. The MOBIL-JET washers are unsulated and the heating is electric but they can be also equipped with gas, oil or steam heating. The cleaning liquid passes through a double screen filter before reentering the circuit. Filters are accessible from the external. The electric equipment and the temperature gauge are contained in an IP55 box separate from the control panel which can be oriented towards the operator and includes the timer, controls and functions lamps.
