The ROTO-CAB WR washers are designed for wash-rinse-dry processes to be carried out in the same chamber by means of water based cleaning liquids. They are used in the production lines where a constant and reliable level of cleanlines is required with the parts dry at the cycle end. The multistage process is fully automatic with all functions controlled by PLC .

The ROTO-CAB washers are electrically healted and insulated .

They are equiped with two separate tanks for wash and rinse, each with filters accessible from the outside, and with completely independent spray systems. A valve, specially designed , prevents the mixing of the wash and rinse liquids. They carry the drying out removing the vapours from the cabin followed by hot air ventilation in closed circuit. The air is heated by electric elements with limited mass to allow a precise setting of the temperature. A box of exclusive design on the right-hand side of the machine contains the electric equipment and relays. The control panel is inclusive of a igital display and four programs to select the cycles and to set the times . Further facilities are also included for auto-diagnosis of faults, auto fill, heating up timing , spray pressure monitoring and more.
