The ROTO-JET washers are designed for fast removal of oils, grease and mud from small and medium size mechanical parts using water-based detergents. they are used in the production cycles of the mechanical industry based on “cell” or “isle” , close to the machine tool, but also for maintenance and overhauling of motors and means of transport.

An original design, along with their characteristics of high reliability make the ROTO-JET washers easy-to-use, and different from other machines based on the same, operating principle.The limited content of cleaning liquid allows a short heating-up time and an easy replacement of the detergent . The self adjusting rotation speed of the platform , double filters, maintenance free sealed hub, ergonomic design making easier the load and unload operations, are only some f the many peculliarities of this washer.

The ROTO-JET washers are electrically heated and insulated with mineral wool and corrosion free panelling. The electric equipment is protected by overload switches and relays, full contained is an IP55 electric box posed on the right-hand side of the machine. The control panel includes the timer of the washing cycle, the thermostat and functional lamps.
