The ROTO-SPRAY washers are designed for pressure cleaning of parts using water base detergents at medium temperature. The revolving drum can accept either a basket or a fixture to be loaded from the front. The access door can be of tipping type, manually operated and acting as a load platform when open, or vertical type and air operated. The revolving motion can be continuous or intermittent, stopping at an index to allow high efficiency and precision cleaning. The ROTO-SPRAY washers are therefore suitable to solve many cleaning problems, even of difficult solution . The pressure washing system is based on jets with high impact on surfaces oriented on parts from opposite positions, combined with the revolving motion. The system is of high efficiency for the cleaning of parts, even small or with recesses or blind holes, and to remove swarf and heavy contaminations requiring a strong mechanical action.

The ROTO-SPRAY washers are extremely compact, to be used in the production lines or cells. The cycles can be single or multistages for washing-rinsing-drying with fully automatic process controlled by PLC. The electric equipment is the same of the ” ROTO-CAB WR ” besides the peculiarties of this machine.
